Fionn
Fionn is a Behaviour Support Practitioner who focuses on supporting adults and young adults navigating neurodevelopmental challenges and psychosocial disabilities. She is committed to delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care that prioritises safety, respect, and the individual’s lived experience. Fionn’s approach centres on building autonomy and enhancing quality of life through tailored, meaningful interventions that align with each person’s values and goals.
With a First Class Honours degree in Psychological Science and experience within the clinical psychology sector, Fionn specialises in skill-building interventions grounded in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy principles. She works collaboratively with individuals to develop practical coping strategies and strengthen emotion regulation skills that can be applied in everyday life. Fionn is dedicated to equipping individuals with evidence-based tools that support long-term wellbeing and confidence in navigating daily challenges. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys attending live concerts, following Formula One, and spending quiet time reading and crocheting.
