Vera

Vera is passionate about fostering human rights, pursuing social justice for disadvantaged groups, and improving the well-being of our community. Vera's qualifications include a Bachelor of Law Degree and a Master of Social Work Studies at the University of Queensland, which has given her a solid foundation and knowledge of legislation, policies, principles, and best practices.

Supporting people living with disabilities and mental health issues to live their lives to the fullest has been an integral aspect of her social work career across varying roles. Vera has extensive experience in both the not-for-profit and government sectors, both in Australia and overseas.

Vera practices with a strengths-based and person-centred approach that recognizes individuals' unique requirements and supports their goal pursuit. Vera understands that success in life looks different for every person, and she is committed to helping clients identify the barriers to their success and together finding ways to overcome them to reach their full potential. Vera also loves nature, camping, and travelling the world.
