Natalie
Natalie is a PACFA Registered Counsellor and Behaviour Support Practitioner with a warm, client-centred approach and a deep commitment to empowering individuals through trauma-informed, strengths-based support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling, and has extensive experience working with children, young people, families, and adults impacted by complex trauma and psychosocial challenges.
Natalie integrates therapeutic and behavioural approaches to support participants in achieving meaningful goals. She applies evidence-based techniques within a flexible, client-led framework, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strengths-based counselling, and expressive therapies to promote safety, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
Natalie’s practice is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and a strong belief in each person’s potential for growth and healing. Her approach is relational, strengths-based, and deeply respectful of each individual’s lived experience.
Natalie works closely with participants to deliver practical, compassionate, and goal-focused support. She is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where people feel heard, valued, and empowered.
