Jaclyn

Jaclyn is a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with a wealth of experience and a passion for making a difference. Jaclyn completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science in 2010 and is nearing completion of her Masters of Social Work. Jaclyn brings a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical expertise to her role.

Over the past 14 years, Jaclyn has honed her skills in various sectors including early intervention family support, child protection, residential out-of-home care, and youth justice bail support. Her commitment to fostering positive outcomes for individuals and families is evident in her compassionate approach.

Jaclyn is dedicated to providing person-centred, non-discriminatory care to participants. She values strengths-based practice, empowering individuals to enhance their self-efficacy. Jaclyn fosters strong relationships with participants and their support teams, helping them develop essential skills for improved quality of life.
