Caitlin

Caitlin graduated from Swinburne University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences in 2018, completing her Honours Degree in Psychology with the University of Southern Queensland in 2021. She has a keen interest in facilitating mental health and quality of life, with a particular interest in interpersonal and social behaviour, attachment, personality, and trauma. With experience working within the NDIS-framework, Caitlin has a strong understanding of the needs of NDIS participants and their support teams.

In the Positive Behavior Support space, Caitlin aims to draw upon and integrate evidence-based practices which emphasise the person as whole, and as more than just their behaviours of concern. In this way, Caitlin seeks to improve quality of life, to foster positive outcomes, and to support NDIS participants and their teams to reduce challenging behaviours. Caitlin strives to provide a non-judgemental, compassionate, and supportive service.
