Amy

I am a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong humanistic approach to supporting individuals. My academic foundation of an Associate Degree in Education (Early Childhood), a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and current study of an Honours degree in Psychology, enables me to provide a unique blend of developmental insight and psychological theory to my practice.

I have several years’ experience working closely with children and families in client-centred educational settings. This hands-on experience has shaped my passion for creating positive change through supportive, strengths-based, and collaborative approaches. I bring a particular interest in delivering behaviour support that is respectful, empowering, and goal-focused.

My practice is grounded in person-centred techniques, and I value the importance of tailoring supports to each individual's unique needs and context. I have a keen interest in family therapy and am committed to pursuing further study to become a registered psychologist.

I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for growth and wellbeing when supporting individuals as they navigate their complex circumstances and experiences.
